        铜川铁塔电瓷制造有限责任公司“TIETA牌”注册商标，简称“铜川电瓷”“铁塔电瓷”我厂位于陕西省铜川市耀州瓷发源地，交通便利，环境优美。该公司依托其前身陕西铜川电瓷厂的技术积累，是一家专业从事电除尘领域绝缘子及相关产品研发、生产的高新技术企业。按照GB/T 772-2005 《高压绝缘子瓷件技术条件》 JB/T5909-2010、JB/T 6746.1-1993、JB/T 6746.2-1993 《电除尘器用瓷绝缘子》行业标准执行。公司技术力量雄厚、生产工艺完善、测试手段齐全，采用等静压干法成型工艺，1800℃的高温窑炉、大吨位液压机、高精度瓷件切割研磨机、高电压实验设备，并有拉力试验机、压缩试验机、扭力试验机、激光粒度测试仪、光学晶粒测试仪等实验设备，生产与经营一体的陶瓷企业。        

       公司生产的TIETA牌静电收除尘器用瓷绝缘子 “含有、50%氧化铝、60%氧化铝、75%氧化铝、85%氧化铝、95%氧化铝和石英陶瓷（以下俗称C130、  C795、50瓷、60瓷、75瓷、85瓷、95瓷和石英瓷）”产品广泛用于钢厂、电厂、冶炼、水泥、石油化工、机械等各种领域。其产品各项性能指标优异，特别适用于各种高强腐蚀条件下作耐磨、耐高温、耐高电压的绝缘构件，在国内外享有较好声誉。公司坚持以人为本，诚信立业的经营宗旨并发扬求实、创新、奋发、超越的企业精神，不断加强技术进步力度和产品结构调整，以满足客户的需求。

Tongchuan Iron Tower Electric Porcelain Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, and production of insulators and related products in the field of electrostatic precipitation. The company relies on the technical accumulation of its predecessor, Shaanxi Tongchuan Electric Porcelain Factory, and is located in Yaozhou, the birthplace of porcelain in Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province, with convenient transportation and beautiful environment. The company adheres to the industry standards of GB/T 772-2005 "Technical Conditions for High-Voltage Insulator Porcelain Parts", JB/T5909-2010, JB/T 6746.1-1993, and JB/T 6746.2-1993 "Porcelain Insulators for Electrostatic Precipitators". The company boasts strong technical force, perfect production processes, and complete testing methods. It adopts isostatic pressing dry molding technology, high-temperature kilns at 1800℃, large-tonnage hydraulic presses, high-precision porcelain cutting and grinding machines, high-voltage experimental equipment, as well as tensile testing machines, compression testing machines, torsion testing machines, laser particle size testers, optical grain testers, and other experimental equipment. It is a ceramic enterprise integrating production and operation.        

The company produces TIETA brand electrostatic precipitators with porcelain insulators made of "50% alumina, 60% alumina, 75% alumina, 85% alumina, 95% alumina, and quartz ceramic (hereinafter commonly referred to as C130, C795, 50 porcelain, 60 porcelain, 75 porcelain, 85 porcelain, 95 porcelain, and quartz ceramic)" which are widely used in various fields such as steel plants, power plants, smelting, cement, petrochemicals, and machinery. Their products excel in various performance indicators and are particularly suitable for use as wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and high-voltage resistant insulating components under various high-strength corrosive conditions, enjoying a good reputation both domestically and internationally.
